Registration:
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account.

Users must be at least 13 years old.

Keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
One account per person unless otherwise allowed.
Termination:
- •You may delete your account at any time (full deletion coming soon).
- •We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
- •Publicly posted content may remain visible even after account deletion.
3. User‑Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post (prompts, images, ideas).
License to Prompy:
By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content through the service.
Standards:
Your content must be original or properly licensed, legal, non-offensive, and not infringe others' rights.
Removal:
We may remove content that violates these Terms or is reported by users.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

- •Harass or harm other users
- •Spam or send unsolicited communications

- •Scrape or misuse Prompy via automated tools
- •Circumvent security or access controls

5. Intellectual Property
Our IP:
Prompy's name, logo, and design are protected by trademark and copyright. Do not use them without permission.
Your IP:
You own your content. We don't claim ownership.
Copyright notices:
If your content is infringed, contact us so we can take down infringing material.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
"As-is" service:
Prompy is provided without warranties regarding availability or suitability.
No guarantees:
We don't promise accuracy or results from user content.
Limitation of liability:
Prompy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost data or revenue).
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- •These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium (or your applicable jurisdiction).
- •Disputes should preferably be resolved by contacting us before seeking legal action.
8. Changes to These Terms
- •We'll update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
- •For significant updates, we'll notify you via email or in‑app.
- •Continued use after updates indicates acceptance; you may also choose to stop using Prompy.
